Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh toxic positivity, micromanagement, dan emotional labor terhadap psychological exhaustion pada karyawan Brastagi Supermarket Tiara. Fenomena kelelahan psikologis menjadi isu penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena dapat memengaruhi kinerja, kesejahteraan, dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toxic positivity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological exhaustion. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tekanan untuk selalu berpikir positif secara berlebihan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kelelahan psikologis karyawan. Selain itu, micromanagement juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological exhaustion, yang berarti pengawasan kerja yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan stres dan menurunkan kenyamanan kerja. Selanjutnya, emotional labor terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological exhaustion, menunjukkan bahwa tuntutan untuk mengelola emosi dalam pekerjaan turut meningkatkan kelelahan mental karyawan. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya psychological exhaustion pada karyawan Brastagi Supermarket Tiara.
