Pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja dan Quiet Quitting terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan pada PT. Wahana Megahputra Makassar

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan quiet quitting terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Wahana Megahputra Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh (n = 61). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner tertutup berskala Likert 1–5. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS. Sebelum pengujian hipotesis, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model memenuhi seluruh asumsi sehingga layak digunakan. Hasil analisis regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = 34,769 + 0,638X₁ − 0,462X₂. Secara parsial, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan (B = 0,638; t = 9,076; p = 0,000), sedangkan quiet quitting berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan (B = −0,462; t = −8,749; p = 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan (F = 68,555; p = 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,703 menunjukkan bahwa 70,3% variasi loyalitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh keterlibatan kerja dan quiet quitting, sedangkan 29,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan keterlibatan kerja serta pengendalian quiet quitting dalam strategi retensi dan peningkatan loyalitas karyawan.
