Digitalisasi Supervisi Klinik dan Directing melalui Sistem Informasi untuk Keselamatan Ibu dan Bayi di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Kabupaten Muna

Keselamatan ibu dan bayi merupakan indikator utama mutu pelayanan kesehatan maternal, khususnya di ruang bersalin yang memiliki tingkat risiko klinis tinggi. Ruang bersalin menjadi area kritis yang menuntut pengambilan keputusan cepat, supervisi ketat, serta koordinasi lintas profesi untuk menjamin keberhasilan persalinan dan kelangsungan hidup ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran digitalisasi supervisi klinik dan fungsi directing melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) dalam meningkatkan keselamatan ibu dan bayi di ruang bersalin RSUD dr. L.M. Baharuddin, Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi interpretatif guna memahami pengalaman dan persepsi tenaga kesehatan terhadap digitalisasi dalam praktik kebidanan. Sebanyak 12 informan kunci yang terdiri atas kepala ruangan, bidan koordinator, dokter spesialis, petugas teknologi informasi, dan manajer mutu diwawancarai secara mendalam, disertai observasi partisipatif terhadap proses pelayanan di ruang bersalin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMRS berperan signifikan dalam memfasilitasi supervisi berbasis data, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan klinis, serta meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap protokol keselamatan pasien. Fungsi directing oleh pimpinan ruangan dilakukan secara lebih efektif melalui dashboard digital, pelaporan elektronik, dan audit klinis real-time yang memungkinkan pengendalian aktivitas pelayanan secara berkelanjutan. Digitalisasi juga memperkuat koordinasi lintas profesi dan membangun budaya mutu serta keselamatan pasien. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan jaringan dan infrastruktur, implementasi SIMRS terbukti meningkatkan respons klinis dan menurunkan risiko deviasi standar operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan model manajemen kebidanan berbasis teknologi yang adaptif, khususnya di rumah sakit daerah dan wilayah terpencil.
