Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dinamika komunitas digital berbasis perjalanan dengan fokus pada Nomaden_Club, sebuah komunitas open trip khusus perempuan di Indonesia. Studi ini menitikberatkan pada dua konsep utama, yaitu Sense of Virtual Community (SOVC) dan Value Co-Creation (VCC), untuk memahami bagaimana keterikatan virtual dan penciptaan nilai bersama terbentuk dalam ruang digital serta pengalaman perjalanan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus melalui observasi media sosial @nomaden_club, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ikatan sosial komunitas terbentuk melalui dimensi membership, influence, integration & fulfillment of needs, serta shared emotional connection. Selain itu, keterlibatan anggota dan brand sponsor menghasilkan proses value co-creation yang tidak hanya bersifat fungsional, tetapi juga emosional, estetis, dan simbolik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Nomaden_Club tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai wadah perjalanan, tetapi juga ruang identitas sosial dan psikologis yang memperkuat solidaritas perempuan muda. Kolaborasi dengan brand memperluas narasi komunitas sekaligus menciptakan nilai ekonomi dan sosial, meskipun tetap menyisakan tantangan terkait keberlanjutan destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur pariwisata digital berbasis gender serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola komunitas, brand sponsor, dan pengembangan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan.
