Pengembangan Terapi Kognitif Perilaku Dan Mindfulness Dalam Mengatasi Dampak Penggunaan Sosial Media Terhadap Kesehatan Mental

Penggunaan media sosial yang masif di kalangan remaja dan dewasa muda telah menimbulkan dampak psikologis signifikan, seperti kecemasan, depresi, fear of missing out (FOMO), dan gangguan citra tubuh. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kebutuhan mendesak akan intervensi psikologis berbasis bukti, seperti terapi Kognitif Perilaku (CBT) dan mindfulness, yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi dan kesejahteraan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan sintesis naratif. Data diperoleh dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah terindeks Google Scholar, Scopus, dan PubMed tahun 2019–2025. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel yang membahas intervensi CBT dan/atau mindfulness pada remaja dan dewasa muda dengan dampak negatif akibat penggunaan media social. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa intervensi CBT dan mindfulness efektif dalam menurunkan gejala kecemasan, depresi, stres, serta meningkatkan self-awareness dan self-control pada pengguna media sosial. Pendekatan digital dan berbasis sekolah memperluas akses dan memperkuat dampak intervensi. Terapi CBT dan mindfulness terbukti sebagai pendekatan yang relevan dan adaptif dalam menangani dampak negatif media sosial terhadap kesehatan mental generasi muda. Implementasi yang berkelanjutan dan kontekstual sangat diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan hasil intervensi di berbagai lingkungan.
