Abstract

Transformasi digital yang dipercepat oleh perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) menuntut perusahaan untuk beradaptasi secara cepat, khususnya dalam hal pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam mengembangkan SDM agar mampu menghadapi adopsi AI di lingkungan kerja, serta strategi yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada delapan informan kunci yang berasal dari sektor perbankan di Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta ketimpangan kesiapan antar generasi karyawan. Adapun strategi yang diterapkan mencakup pelatihan digital berkelanjutan, transformasi budaya kerja, dan restrukturisasi peran kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang pentingnya integrasi strategi SDM dan transformasi digital dalam mendukung kesiapan organisasi menghadapi AI.
