Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur sistematis tentang peran mentoring dan coaching dalam pengembangan karir karyawan menggunakan pendekatan SCISCAPE (Search, Cluster, Summarize, Critically Analyze, Synthesize, Conceptualize, Present, Evaluate). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua pendekatan ini memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan. Mentoring lebih efektif dalam pengembangan relasi dan perencanaan karir jangka panjang, sementara coaching menunjukkan efektivitas dalam penguatan performa dan pencapaian target jangka pendek. Meskipun banyak studi menunjukkan hasil yang menjanjikan, keterbatasan metodologis dan konteks budaya menjadi tantangan dalam implementasinya. Artikel ini merekomendasikan integrasi mentoring dan coaching ke dalam kebijakan MSDM serta perlunya penelitian longitudinal di konteks negara berkembang.
