Pendekatan Quality Of Work Life Sebagai Strategi Intention To Stay Dengan Penguatan Komitmen Organisasi

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life sebagai strategi Intention to Stay dengan penguatan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori research. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bintang Perkasa Logistik Malang sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non-probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap intention to stay. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Intention to Stay. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, begitu juga dengan Komitmen Organisasi dapat memediasi dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Quality of Work Life dan Intention to Stay karyawan
