Abstract

Pendidikan karakter dalam era globalisasi menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam membentuk individu yang mampu berinteraksi secara harmonis dalam masyarakat multikultural. Penelitian ini menganalisis integrasi pendidikan etika, nilai-nilai keagamaan, dan kewarganegaraan global sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter dalam konteks kemajemukan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode library research, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai teori dan praktik pendidikan karakter yang telah diterapkan di berbagai negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi etika universal, toleransi beragama, dan kesadaran kewarganegaraan global dapat membentuk individu yang berkarakter kuat, mampu menghargai keberagaman, dan berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat multikultural. Implementasi pendidikan karakter yang holistik memerlukan kerjasama antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pengembangan nilai-nilai positif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan karakter yang relevan dengan tuntutan zaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat multikultural.
