Abstract

Industri furnitur di wilayah kepulauan seperti Maluku menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam aspek logistik, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan ketergantungan pada bahan baku dari luar daerah. Kondisi ini menimbulkan risiko pada rantai pasok yang dapat berdampak langsung terhadap operational performance. Meskipun studi terkait Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) telah banyak dilakukan, penelitian yang secara spesifik menguji pengaruh dimensi Agility, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Culture, dan Collaboration terhadap Operational Performance pada industri furnitur di daerah kepulauan masih sangat terbatas. Untuk menjawab gap ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh ketiga dimensi SCR terhadap operational performance usaha furnitur di Maluku. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei pada 47 pelaku usaha furnitur, dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap operational performance (F-hitung = 118,115; signifikansi = 0,000). Secara parsial, Agility memiliki pengaruh paling dominan (koefisien = 0,667), diikuti oleh SCRM Culture (0,666) dan Collaboration (0,336). Nilai R² sebesar 0,892 mengindikasikan bahwa 89,2% variasi operational performance dapat dijelaskan oleh model. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa membangun rantai pasok yang tangguh melalui peningkatan Agility, penguatan SCRM Culture, dan Collaboration antar pelaku usaha merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing industri furnitur di wilayah kepulauan.
