Pengaruh Digital Literacy Competence, Learning Agility, dan Social Capital terhadap Early Career Readiness dengan Peran Mediasi Personal Brand Strength

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Digital Literacy Competence (X1), Learning Agility (X2), dan Social Capital (X3) terhadap Early Career Readiness (Y), dengan menguji peran mediasi dari Personal Brand Strength (Z). Kesiapan karier di era digital menuntut lebih dari sekadar keterampilan teknis, melainkan kemampuan adaptif dan identitas profesional yang kuat. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui JAMOVI, penelitian ini melibatkan 137 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Model struktural menunjukkan kesesuaian sempurna (perfect fit), menjelaskan 40.4% varians Z dan 58.2% varians Y. Hasil utama menemukan bahwa Learning Agility (β= 0.4369, p < 0.001) adalah prediktor paling kuat dan signifikan terhadap Personal Brand Strength (Z), diikuti oleh Social Capital (β = 0.1718, p = 0.047). Digital Literacy Competence (X1) tidak signifikan, karena dianggap telah menjadi hygiene factor yang merata di kalangan digital native. Pada jalur menuju Early Career Readiness (Y), Personal Brand Strength (Z) merupakan prediktor paling dominan (β = 0.3881, p < 0.001), bersama dengan Social Capital (β = 0.3159, p < 0.001). Personal Brand Strength terbukti memediasi secara penuh pengaruh X2 dan secara parsial pengaruh X3 terhadap Y. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa Early Career Readiness lebih ditentukan oleh kemampuan adaptif, jejaring sosial, dan kekuatan identitas profesional. Institusi pendidikan perlu mereorientasi program pengembangan karier untuk memperkuat Z, X2, dan pembangunan jejaring X3.
