Literature Review: Evaluasi Efektivitas dan Keamanan Rekam Medis Elektronik melalui Pendekatan Teknologi Terkini dalam Layanan Kesehatan

Transformasi digital dalam sektor kesehatan telah mendorong penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sebagai sistem utama untuk pengelolaan data pasien yang efisien, akurat, dan mudah diakses. Namun, di balik manfaatnya, masih terdapat permasalahan yang signifikan terkait efektivitas implementasi dan keamanan data pasien, terutama di fasilitas kesehatan dengan infrastruktur dan sumber daya terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan keamanan RME melalui tinjauan literatur terhadap berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 2020–2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar, Scopus, dan PubMed, dengan kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel yang membahas implementasi RME, keamanan data, interoperabilitas sistem, serta teknologi pendukung seperti blockchain, cloud computing, dan artificial intelligence (AI). Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama dan tren teknologi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan efektivitas dan keamanan RME. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan blockchain mampu meningkatkan integritas dan transparansi data medis, cloud computing mendukung efisiensi akses dan penyimpanan data, sedangkan AI berkontribusi pada deteksi anomali keamanan secara real-time. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas dan keamanan RME dapat ditingkatkan melalui integrasi teknologi terkini, disertai penguatan kebijakan tata kelola data dan peningkatan literasi digital tenaga kesehatan.
