Penerapan Business Model Canvas untuk Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Novalia Flowers

Novalia Flowers merupakan salah satu usaha tanaman hias yang tumbuh dan berkembang di Desa Bangun Sari Baru, Tanjung Morawa. Novalia Flowers, sebagai salah satu usaha tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari Baru, Tanjung Morawa, meski telah berdiri sejak 2015 dan memiliki aset penting seperti lahan budidaya, masih mengandalkan penjualan langsung dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, diperlukan strategi yang tepat guna mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis Novalia Flowers dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC), serta mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman melalui analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dipetakan ke dalam sembilan elemen BMC, yaitu: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, dan Cost Structure. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Novalia Flowers perlu melakukan pembaruan strategi bisnis, khususnya dalam aspek pemasaran digital, pencatatan keuangan, dan penyusunan standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran strategi pengembangan bisnis yang relevan bagi Novalia Flowers, termasuk rekomendasi perbaikan model bisnis berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT-TOWS. Temuan ini juga diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha tanaman hias lainnya dalam merancang strategi bisnis yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.
