Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan tinggi di era digital menuntut kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, tetapi juga berpijak pada nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Studi ini menyintesis keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan buatan dalam tata kelola perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, sebanyak 31 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2022–2025 dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mendorong inovasi dan kolaborasi, kecerdasan emosional memperkuat empati, manajemen konflik, serta komunikasi, sedangkan kecerdasan buatan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Ketika ketiga variabel ini diintegrasikan secara strategis, terbentuklah kerangka kepemimpinan digital yang adaptif, etis, dan inklusif. Studi ini menawarkan model konseptual baru serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan dan arah penelitian lanjutan berbasis bukti empiris.
