Interaction of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture in Higher Education: A Systematic Review

Transformasi pendidikan tinggi yang didorong oleh globalisasi, digitalisasi, dan tuntutan penjaminan mutu menempatkan kinerja dosen sebagai faktor penentu daya saing institusi. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi diakui sebagai variabel strategis yang berpotensi saling memperkuat dalam meningkatkan capaian akademik. Penelitian ini secara sistematis meninjau dan mensintesis bukti empiris terkini mengenai interaksi keduanya dengan mengacu pada pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar untuk artikel terbit periode 2022–2025 yang telah melalui telaah sejawat dan berfokus pada konteks pendidikan tinggi. Dari 120 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 35 memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mendorong motivasi, keterlibatan, dan inovasi dosen, sementara budaya organisasi yang adaptif memperkuat efek tersebut. Sinergi keduanya berdampak positif pada indikator daya saing institusi, seperti peringkat internasional, akreditasi, publikasi bereputasi, dan jejaring kolaborasi global. Integrasi nilai budaya lokal dengan strategi kepemimpinan berorientasi global memperluas relevansi model ini di berbagai konteks pendidikan tinggi. Kajian ini menawarkan kerangka integratif bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia akademik yang berkelanjutan di tengah perubahan pendidikan yang cepat.
