Pengaruh Self Efficacy Terhadap Continous Intention Pengguna Metode Pembayaran Digital Berbasis TRITAM

Dengan mempergunakan kerangka kerja TRITAM, riset ini mengkaji apa yang membuat konsumen layanan QRIS ingin terus mempergunakan sistem tersebut. Riset ini mempergunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, mensurvei 154 orang yang telah mempergunakan QRIS, dan mempergunakan teknik sampel purposif. SEM-PLS, atau Model Persamaan Struktural, dipakai untuk riset ini. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan yaitu efikasi diri berdampak positif terhadap kepercayaan, kegunaan yang dirasakan, dan utilitas yang dirasakan, tetapi tidak berdampak pada niat untuk melanjutkan. Kepercayaan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh utilitas yang dirasakan, sementara niat untuk melanjutkan tidak terpengaruh. Keinginan untuk melanjutkan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepercayaan. Di sisi lain, kepercayaan dan niat untuk melanjutkan dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh bahaya yang dirasakan. Riset ini memperlihatkan yaitu risiko yang dirasakan memiliki efek yang merugikan pada penggunaan QRIS dan yaitu kepercayaan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan QRIS.
