Abstract

Dalam dunia kerja modern, fenomena Quiet quitting menjadi perhatian karena menunjukkan bentuk penarikan diri karyawan secara psikologis tanpa pengunduran diri formal. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan kualitas pendidikan usia dini yang membutuhkan keterlibatan emosional dan komitmen tinggi dalam pekerjaan guru TK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan guru TK untuk melakukan Quiet quitting. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk melakukan survei mendalam terhadap sejumlah guru TK di di Muara Bungo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mendorong perilaku Quiet quitting adalah beban kerja, penghargaan dan apresiasi, keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribasi dan kelelahan emosional. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan sangat penting. khususnya dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan mendukung keterlibatan guru secara berkelanjutan.
