Abstract

Employee engagement merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkontribusi besar terhadap kinerja organisasi. Karyawan yang terlibat secara emosional dan kognitif dalam pekerjaannya cenderung menunjukkan loyalitas, produktivitas, dan komitmen yang tinggi. Namun, strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan masih menjadi tantangan bagi banyak organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyintesis strategi manajemen SDM yang telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan employee engagement melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Literatur yang dianalisis berasal dari database akademik seperti Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar, dengan kriteria inklusi artikel terbit dalam rentang waktu 2016–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan lima strategi utama, yaitu pengembangan kepemimpinan transformasional, sistem penghargaan yang bermakna, komunikasi internal yang terbuka, budaya organisasi yang suportif, dan penerapan fleksibilitas kerja. Pembahasan mendalam menunjukkan bahwa strategi tersebut saling berinteraksi dan harus disesuaikan dengan konteks organisasi agar efektif. Kajian ini memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang praktik terbaik dalam membangun keterlibatan karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menegaskan perlunya pendekatan manajerial yang integratif dan berbasis nilai dalam merancang kebijakan SDM yang mendorong keterlibatan karyawan secara optimal.
