Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Beban Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Sudiang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 responden, yang merupakan karyawan pada Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar (SPBU) Sudiang, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, di mana tingginya tekanan kerja dapat menurunkan efektivitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan perlu mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara faktor individu, beban kerja yang terkendali, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.
