Abstract

Yusrandi. 2025 The influence of Workload and Compensation on Employee Productivity at PT. Primanuka, Nunukan Regency. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and compensation on employee productivity at PT. Primanuka, Nunukan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 62 respondents from PT. Primanuka employees in Nunukan Regency for the period 2024-2025. The results show that: (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in Nunukan Regency, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Primanuka, Nunukan Regency. (3) workload and compensation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee productivity at PT. Primanuka, Nunukan Regency.
