Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kinerja Mutu Konsultan Pengawas dalam Proyek Renovasi Masjid

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja mutu konsultan pengawas dalam proyek renovasi masjid monumental. Peran konsultan pengawas sangat krusial dalam menjamin mutu pelaksanaan konstruksi, terutama pada proyek bangunan keagamaan yang memiliki kompleksitas fungsi sosial dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), dan melibatkan 80 responden dari pihak kontraktor. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Hasil uji validitas konvergen menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar indikator memenuhi nilai faktor pemuatan > 0,6. Reliabilitas konstruk diuji menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability (CR), dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Tiga konstruk memiliki nilai Cronbach’s Alpha ≥ 0,7, sedangkan seluruh konstruk memenuhi nilai CR ≥ 0,7 dan AVE ≥ 0,5, yang menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki konsistensi internal dan validitas konvergen yang baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dokumentasi dan pelaporan, konsultasi teknis, serta manajemen K3 merupakan aspek utama yang menentukan kualitas kinerja konsultan pengawas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi peningkatan mutu pengawasan proyek konstruksi berbasis indikator teknis dan manajerial
