Penelitian ini membahas tentang perilaku karyawan gen Z di tempat kerja yang seringkali dipandang rendah oleh karyawan dari generasi sebelumnya. Studi ini menyoroti peran penting dari faktor seperti efikasi diri serta komitmen karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan atau perilaku yang mendorong kinerja dalam berkontribusi bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi dari efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasi dalam meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terutama karyawan gen Z yang mayoritas sudah mulai menempuh karir di dunia kerja. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari OCB sebagai variabel endogen, efikasi diri sebagai variabel eksogen dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisiner pada karyawan gen Z yang bekerja dengan sistem kerja hybrid di Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PlS sebanyak 217 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikant terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi.
