Model Kinerja Belajar Mahasiswa pada Pembelajaran Berbasis Artificial Intelligence: Peran Mediasi Motivasi Belajar dan Analisis SEM-PLS

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi telah mendorong pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai teknologi pendukung pembelajaran. Namun, efektivitas penggunaan AI dalam meningkatkan kinerja belajar mahasiswa masih dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk literasi digital dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Artificial Intelligence dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja belajar mahasiswa dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 120 mahasiswa perguruan tinggi sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja belajar mahasiswa (β = 0,335; p = 0,018), literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (β = 0,335; p = 0,024), serta motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja belajar mahasiswa (β = 0,327; p = 0,018). Sebaliknya, pengaruh Artificial Intelligence terhadap motivasi belajar dan pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kinerja belajar tidak terbukti signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki peran penting dalam menjelaskan hubungan antara faktor teknologi dan kinerja belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi perguruan tinggi dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan AI, penguatan literasi digital, dan peningkatan motivasi belajar guna mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran di era transformasi digital.
