Transformasi SDM di Era AI: Strategi Menjaga Daya Saing Tenaga Kerja dalam Ekonomi Digital

Perkembangan pesat Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah mengubah struktur pasar kerja secara fundamental dengan mengotomatisasi tugas rutin sekaligus menciptakan peluang pekerjaan baru berbasis digital. Transformasi ini menuntut adaptasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar tetap kompetitif di era ekonomi digital. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran AI dalam transformasi SDM serta merumuskan strategi menjaga daya saing tenaga kerja Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur sistematis dengan menelaah 33 sumber ilmiah, laporan lembaga internasional, dan kebijakan terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI mendorong pergeseran kebutuhan kompetensi dari keterampilan teknis konvensional menuju literasi digital, analisis data, kreativitas, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Di sisi lain, muncul tantangan berupa kesenjangan keterampilan, risiko pengangguran pada sektor rutin, serta isu etika dan keamanan data yang memerlukan tata kelola AI yang bertanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu, strategi transformasi SDM harus dijalankan melalui peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, program upskilling dan reskilling yang inklusif, penguatan soft skills seperti komunikasi dan adaptabilitas, serta kolaborasi erat antara pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan industri melalui skema link and match. Selain itu, diperlukan kerangka regulasi adaptif, pengembangan budaya pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, dan perlindungan sosial bagi pekerja yang terdampak transisi, termasuk perluasan jaminan sosial dan program transisi karir. Dengan strategi yang terarah, terukur, dan secara berkelanjutan, tenaga kerja Indonesia tidak hanya mampu bertahan, tetapi juga berperan aktif dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi digital yang sangat kompetitif, inklusif, serta berkeadilan.
