Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berangkat dari permasalahan lemahnya sistem manajemen dan administrasi pada Ikatan Remaja Masjid Ali Imran (IRMASAN) di Desa Sei Rotan, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, yang berdampak pada menurunnya keterlibatan remaja dalam aktivitas keagamaan dan sosial di lingkungan masjid. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memperkuat tata kelola organisasi dan administrasi IRMASAN agar dapat berfungsi secara optimal sebagai wadah pembinaan remaja muslim yang produktif, mandiri, dan berkarakter Islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan pelaksanaan mencakup observasi awal, koordinasi dan komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, sosialisasi, serta pendampingan langsung kepada pengurus dan anggota IRMASAN. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui workshop dan pelatihan mengenai manajemen organisasi, penyusunan AD/ART, administrasi kelembagaan, serta pengelolaan surat-menyurat dan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kesadaran pengurus terhadap pentingnya penataan administrasi dan struktur organisasi. Selain itu, IRMASAN mampu menyempurnakan dokumen organisasi, melengkapi atribut kelembagaan, serta menerapkan mekanisme kerja yang lebih sistematis dan akuntabel. Dukungan aktif dari masyarakat, BKM, dan tokoh agama turut berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan kegiatan ini. Dengan demikian, upaya penguatan manajemen organisasi dan administrasi melalui proses pendampingan yang berkelanjutan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan IRMASAN, memperkokoh solidaritas remaja masjid, serta mendorong terwujudnya tata kelola organisasi yang profesional dan berorientasi pada kemajuan umat.
