Hubungan Kepuasan Tenaga Kesehatan dan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit : Tinjauan Sistematis Berdasarkan Service Profit Chain Model

Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting mutu pelayanan rumah sakit dan dapat dipengaruhi tidak hanya oleh tindakan klinis, tetapi juga oleh kondisi kerja tenaga kesehatan. Berdasarkan Service Profit Chain Model, tinjauan ini bertujuan memetakan hubungan antara kepuasan tenaga kesehatan dan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit. Scoping review dilakukan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA-ScR dan PRISMA 2020. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, dan Google Scholar. Studi yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2016–2026 dilibatkan jika dilakukan di rumah sakit serta menilai kepuasan pasien bersama minimal satu faktor yang berkaitan dengan tenaga kesehatan atau faktor internal organisasi. Studi yang memenuhi syarat disintesis secara naratif. Sebanyak 9 studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Secara umum, bukti menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien berhubungan positif dengan kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan, keterikatan kerja, kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan, kerja sama tim, rasa saling percaya, keamanan psikologis, dan kondisi organisasi yang mendukung. Beberapa studi menunjukkan hubungan langsung yang positif antara kepuasan tenaga kesehatan dan kepuasan pasien, sedangkan studi lain menunjukkan bahwa faktor organisasi yang lebih luas juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Sebaliknya, dinamika tim yang kurang mendukung, seperti power distance yang tinggi, berkaitan dengan kepuasan pasien yang lebih rendah. Kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit berhubungan tidak hanya dengan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan, tetapi juga dengan faktor internal organisasi yang membentuk proses pelayanan. Perbaikan lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, dan dukungan organisasi berpotensi meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.
