Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DISPENDUKCAPIL) Kabupaten Grobogan. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam instansi pemerintahan guna menciptakan pelayanan publik yang efektif, efisien, dan profesional. Budaya organisasi yang baik serta tingginya keterlibatan karyawan diyakini mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan DISPENDUKCAPIL Kabupaten Grobogan sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) berbasis software SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan karyawan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik budaya organisasi dan semakin tinggi keterlibatan karyawan, maka kepuasan kerja pegawai akan meningkat dan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi instansi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan budaya organisasi, peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan, dan penciptaan kepuasan kerja yang optimal.
