Analisis Postur Menggunakan Metode RULA dan OWAS di Kilang Padi Setia Budi

Abstract

Pekerjaan manual pada Kilang Padi Setia Budi berpotensi menimbulkan postur kerja tidak ergonomis yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja. Aktivitas memindahkan beban secara berulang menjadi faktor utama yang meningkatkan risiko cedera. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat risiko postur kerja serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan ergonomi pada aktivitas operasional. Analisis dilakukan melalui observasi langsung di lapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner keluhan muskuloskeletal kepada pekerja. Penilaian postur kerja menggunakan metode Ovako Working Analysis System sebagai tahap awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat risiko, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment pada postur dengan tingkat risiko tertinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja mengalami keluhan dominan pada punggung, pinggang, leher, bahu, lengan, serta ekstremitas bawah akibat aktivitas kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Penilaian awal menunjukkan aktivitas memanggul padi berada pada tingkat risiko tertinggi yang memerlukan tindakan perbaikan segera, sementara aktivitas pengeringan dan pengepakan berada pada tingkat risiko yang lebih rendah. Analisis lanjutan pada aktivitas dengan risiko tertinggi menunjukkan bahwa postur kerja yang dilakukan memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dan berpotensi menimbulkan cedera jika dilakukan secara terus-menerus. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan perbaikan prosedur kerja, dan perbaikan postur kerja untuk mengurangi beban fisik pekerja. Implementasi perbaikan ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal serta meningkatkan keselamatan, kesehatan, dan kenyamanan kerja.
