Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk tetap kompetitif dalam lanskap bisnis yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Salah satu teknologi kunci yang menawarkan efisiensi, skalabilitas, dan fleksibilitas operasional bagi UMKM adalah cloud computing. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyintesis literatur terkait adopsi cloud computing pada UMKM, dengan menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review. Hasil tinjauan mengidentifikasi bahwa keputusan adopsi dipengaruhi oleh tiga kelompok faktor utama, yakni faktor teknologi (kemudahan penggunaan, keamanan, keandalan), faktor organisasi (kompetensi SDM, dukungan manajemen, budaya inovatif), dan faktor lingkungan eksternal (dukungan pemerintah, infrastruktur internet, tekanan kompetitif). Meskipun cloud computing menawarkan berbagai manfaat seperti efisiensi biaya dan peningkatan kapabilitas digital, tantangan seperti keterbatasan literasi digital, kekhawatiran keamanan data, dan infrastruktur yang belum merata masih menjadi hambatan signifikan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengambil kebijakan, pelaku usaha, serta peneliti dengan memetakan dinamika adopsi cloud pada UMKM secara komprehensif. Diharapkan hasil kajian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi formulasi strategi digitalisasi UMKM yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
