Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong pertumbuhan penelitian mengenai digital business dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu, sehingga diperlukan pemetaan yang sistematis untuk memahami struktur dan evolusi pengetahuan pada bidang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jaringan co-occurrence kata kunci pada studi digital business melalui pendekatan analisis bibliometrik guna mengidentifikasi tema dominan, hubungan konseptual, serta arah perkembangan riset secara global. Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan hubungan tematik melalui peta jaringan, overlay, dan densitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kata kunci digital business menjadi pusat jaringan dengan keterkaitan kuat terhadap tema transformasi digital, model bisnis, strategi bisnis, inovasi organisasi, serta ekosistem digital yang terus berkembang. Visualisasi overlay mengindikasikan adanya pergeseran fokus penelitian dari sistem informasi dan teknologi menuju inovasi berbasis data, transformasi digital, dan pengembangan strategi bisnis yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Sementara itu, peta densitas menunjukkan bahwa topik transformasi digital dan model bisnis merupakan area penelitian paling dominan, mencerminkan meningkatnya perhatian akademik terhadap integrasi teknologi dan strategi organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penelitian digital business berkembang secara multidisipliner dengan integrasi antara teknologi, strategi, dan inovasi organisasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam memahami lanskap penelitian digital business sekaligus menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi bisnis berbasis digital yang berkelanjutan di masa depan.
