Peran Pusaka Super Apps dalam Integritas Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang

Transformasi digital sektor publik merupakan strategi strategis pemerintah dalam mewujudkan tata kelola birokrasi yang transparan, akuntabel, dan berintegritas. Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia mengembangkan PUSAKA Super Apps sebagai platform layanan terpadu berbasis digital yang mengintegrasikan layanan keagamaan, administrasi, dan kepegawaian dalam satu ekosistem aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi PUSAKA Super Apps terhadap integritas pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori dan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hubungan serta pengaruh antarvariabel. Variabel implementasi aplikasi diukur melalui dimensi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kemudahan penggunaan, dan transparansi layanan, sedangkan integritas pegawai diukur melalui indikator kejujuran, kepatuhan, tanggung jawab, dan etika pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PUSAKA Super Apps berada pada kategori baik dan tingkat integritas pegawai tergolong tinggi. Pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa implementasi aplikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap integritas pegawai. Keberadaan sistem digital mampu menciptakan transparansi proses kerja, memperkuat jejak audit, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, serta menekan potensi penyimpangan administratif. Selain itu, integritas pegawai juga diperkuat oleh sinergi antara kontrol sistem digital dan nilai religiusitas organisasi Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PUSAKA Super Apps tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai inovasi layanan publik, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen strategis penguatan integritas birokrasi berbasis digital. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi implementasi aplikasi, peningkatan literasi digital pegawai, serta integrasi dengan kebijakan pengawasan internal menjadi langkah penting dalam mendukung reformasi birokrasi yang berkelanjutan.
