Abstract

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam kewirausahaan sosial menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan seiring dengan percepatan transformasi digital di berbagai sektor. Meskipun demikian, kajian empiris yang secara komprehensif menjelaskan bagaimana AI berperan dalam menciptakan nilai sosial pada wirausaha sosial digital, khususnya di konteks negara berkembang, masih relatif terbatas. Kesenjangan ini menimbulkan kebutuhan akan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai mekanisme strategis dan faktor kontekstual yang memengaruhi efektivitas adopsi AI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran AI dalam proses pengenalan peluang sosial berbasis data, pengembangan dan inovasi model bisnis sosial, serta perluasan dan pengukuran dampak sosial secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain multipel studi kasus pada sejumlah wirausaha sosial digital yang telah mengintegrasikan AI dalam operasionalnya. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antarkonsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berfungsi sebagai enabler strategis yang meningkatkan ketepatan identifikasi kebutuhan sosial, memperkuat kapasitas adaptasi organisasi, serta memungkinkan evaluasi dampak sosial yang lebih terukur dan transparan. Selain itu, kapabilitas organisasi, kualitas dan tata kelola data, serta keterlibatan aktif pemangku kepentingan terbukti berperan sebagai faktor yang memoderasi dan memediasi hubungan antara adopsi AI dan penciptaan nilai sosial. Secara teoretis, studi ini memperkaya literatur kewirausahaan sosial digital melalui pengembangan model empiris mengenai integrasi AI dan nilai sosial. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi wirausaha sosial dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi adopsi AI yang berorientasi pada dampak sosial yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
