Perbedaan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil yang Bekerja Sebelum dan Setelah Diberikan Edukasi Tentang ASI Eksklusif Melalui Media Video

Rendahnya pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil yang bekerja terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat memengaruhi status kesehatan bayi serta keberlanjutan praktik menyusui setelah persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil yang bekerja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi ASI eksklusif melalui media video di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Susut II tahun 2025. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre experimental dengan rancangan one group pre test post test dan teknik proportional random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 75 ibu hamil yang bekerja, dengan pengumpulan data pada Maret hingga April 2025. Instrumen berupa kuesioner terstruktur, dan analisis dilakukan secara bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan batas signifikansi p kurang dari 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan rerata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 28,01 menjadi 36,63 setelah intervensi, sedangkan rerata skor sikap meningkat dari 9,64 menjadi 12,00. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 yang menandakan perbedaan bermakna. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa edukasi berbasis video efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan sikap positif ibu hamil yang bekerja terhadap ASI eksklusif. Implikasi praktisnya, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan disarankan mengintegrasikan media video sebagai metode edukasi yang konsisten, menarik, dan mudah diakses, sekaligus memperkuat konseling individual dan kelompok untuk mendukung kesiapan menyusui sejak kehamilan hingga masa nifas. Selain itu, pemantauan berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk memastikan perubahan perilaku bertahan dan berdampak pada capaian ASI eksklusif di tingkat komunitas.
