Pengaruh Modal Intelektual, Kolaborasi, Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi berbasis Analisis SEM PLS

Era desentralisasi dan reformasi birokrasi menuntut Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Indonesia meningkatkan kinerjanya, namun performa sektor publik masih suboptimal akibat kurang minimnya pemanfaatan aset tak berwujud strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh parsial dan simultan Modal Intelektual, Kolaborasi, dan Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi OPD di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan data dikumpulkan dari 215 pemimpin OPD mewakili populasi 1.052 unit, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM PLS) pada SmartPLS 4. Hasilnya membuktikan Modal Intelektual, Kolaborasi, dan Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Modal Intelektual menunjukkan pengaruh paling dominan, disusul Kolaborasi dan Inovasi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen menjelaskan variasi Kinerja Organisasi sebesar 72,5%. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi model memiliki daya prediksi kuat. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi aset tak berwujud dan praktik kolaboratif adalah krusial untuk meningkatkan kinerja sektor publik. Studi ini berkontribusi memverifikasi Teori Resource-Based View dalam konteks organisasi publik. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk memasukkan variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, atau dukungan sistem informasi. Selain itu, menguji model serupa pada objek dan lokasi yang berbeda; Mengembangkan model yang lebih kompleks dengan menguji variabel mediasi atau moderasi; Atau, Menguji model pada responden yang bervariasi seperti pimpinan dengan staf, atau masyarakat.
