Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2024

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya ketidaksesuaian antara kinerja rasio keuangan dan nilai perusahaan serta inkonsistensi hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada sektor energi, sehingga diperlukan pengujian empiris yang lebih komprehensif untuk memperoleh bukti yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari publikasi resmi perusahaan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 91 perusahaan sektor energi, dengan sampel sebanyak 69 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria kelengkapan data dan konsistensi laporan keuangan selama periode penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda setelah seluruh data memenuhi uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi guna memastikan ketepatan dan kelayakan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, struktur modal, dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba merupakan faktor fundamental yang memengaruhi persepsi investor dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan nilai perusahaan sektor energi.
