Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Konteks Manajemen Modern: Sintesis Literatur 2020–2025

Perubahan lingkungan organisasi yang ditandai oleh globalisasi, percepatan transformasi digital, dan meningkatnya kompleksitas persaingan menuntut organisasi untuk memiliki pola kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam konteks tersebut, kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi salah satu pendekatan kepemimpinan yang paling banyak dikaji dalam literatur manajemen modern karena kemampuannya dalam membangun visi bersama, meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, serta mendorong keterlibatan dan inovasi karyawan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sintesis konseptual dan empiris mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur ilmiah periode 2020–2025 melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Penelusuran literatur dilakukan menggunakan basis data Google Scholar dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish, sedangkan proses seleksi artikel mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020 yang meliputi tahapan identification, screening, eligibility, dan inclusion. Dari total 100 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 45 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional secara konsisten berhubungan positif dengan berbagai outcome organisasi, seperti kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, perilaku kerja inovatif, serta efektivitas manajemen perubahan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk organisasi bisnis, sektor publik, dan pendidikan. Selain itu, temuan literatur mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional umumnya tidak bersifat langsung, melainkan dimediasi oleh faktor psikologis dan kontekstual, seperti keterikatan karyawan dan budaya organisasi. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan penelitian mutakhir mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional serta menawarkan implikasi manajerial bagi pengembangan praktik kepemimpinan yang relevan dalam menghadapi dinamika organisasi modern. Secara keseluruhan, artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan akademik yang memenuhi standar publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA.
