Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pelaksanaan dan efektivitas pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada perusahaan pialang berjangka dengan studi kasus di PT Valbury Asia Futures Surabaya. Industri pialang berjangka memiliki karakteristik yang kompleks, berisiko tinggi, serta sangat dipengaruhi oleh dinamika pasar global dan perubahan regulasi, sehingga menuntut kompetensi SDM yang unggul dan adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif mengenai proses pelatihan dalam konteks organisasi nyata. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas delapan peserta magang, tiga trainer internal, dan satu manajer Human Resource Development (HRD) yang terlibat langsung dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan pasif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap modul pelatihan serta standar operasional perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan telah disusun dan dilaksanakan secara sistematis dengan cakupan materi yang relevan terhadap kebutuhan operasional perusahaan, meliputi pemahaman produk derivatif, penggunaan sistem CRM, pemasaran digital, serta kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan regulasi. Namun demikian, efektivitas transfer pengetahuan masih belum optimal akibat dominasi metode ceramah dan keterbatasan sesi praktik aplikatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan metode pelatihan yang lebih interaktif dan berbasis pengalaman guna meningkatkan kualitas dan dampak pelatihan SDM di perusahaan pialang berjangka.
