Digital Skills dan Interpersonal Skills untuk Peningkatan Kesiapan Karir pada Mahasiswa dengan Adaptability sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis digital skills dan interpersonal skills untuk peningkatan kesiapan karir mahasiswa dengan adaptability sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan dari 200 responden mahasiswa melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa keterampilan digital maupun interpersonal terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifika pada kesiapan karir yang dimediasi oleh kemampuan adaptasi. Dengan demikian, penguasaan keterampilan digital dan interpersonal yang diperkuat dengan kemampuan adaptasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan karir mahasiswa. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan strategi pendidikan tinggi di era digital, khususnya dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang berorientasi pada penguatan daya saing agar mampu merespons tuntutan dunia kerja yang terus berubah. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat mengharuskan mahasiswa memiliki keterampilan beradaptasi, sikap terbuka terhadap perubahan lingkungan serta kesiapan menghadapi dinamika yang berkelanjutan. Dalam hal tersebut adaptability menjadi faktor pendukug keterkaitan antara kompetensi teknis dan non teknis. Kondisi ini membentuk kapabilitas mahasiswa untuk merencanakan karir yang matang dengan berorientasi pada penguatan kompetensi jangka Panjang. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kesiapan karir mahasiswa tidak hanya ditentukan pada pemahaman ilmu akademis, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan praktis yang sesuai dengan tuntutan pasar kerja saat ini.
