Manajemen Risiko Pendidikan di Era Digital: Tinjauan Sistematis terhadap Kesenjangan Literasi Finansial dan Digital

Transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan telah memberikan berbagai manfaat, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, kualitas layanan pembelajaran, serta akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan. Namun, di balik peluang tersebut, muncul berbagai risiko baru dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, khususnya risiko keuangan, operasional, teknologi, dan strategis. Risiko-risiko ini menjadi semakin signifikan ketika institusi pendidikan menghadapi ketidakseimbangan tingkat literasi finansial dan literasi digital di kalangan pengelola, pendidik, maupun pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis peran literasi finansial dan literasi digital sebagai faktor kunci dalam pengelolaan risiko pendidikan di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan mengacu pada pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Sumber data diperoleh dari artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi yang relevan dengan topik pengelolaan risiko pendidikan, literasi finansial, dan literasi digital. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan melalui tahap identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi untuk memastikan kualitas dan relevansi sumber yang dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya tingkat literasi finansial menyebabkan lemahnya pengambilan keputusan anggaran, ketidakefisienan pengelolaan dana, serta meningkatnya risiko keberlanjutan keuangan lembaga pendidikan. Sementara itu, keterbatasan literasi digital berkontribusi terhadap tingginya risiko teknologi, seperti kegagalan sistem informasi, keamanan data, dan rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Temuan juga mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi literasi finansial dan literasi digital secara simultan mampu memperkuat kerangka pengelolaan risiko pendidikan secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan literasi finansial dan digital merupakan elemen strategis dalam menciptakan sistem pengelolaan risiko pendidikan yang adaptif, tangguh, dan berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika transformasi digital.
