Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui pelaksanaan usaha thrifting “Afthertime Apparel” di STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. Program dirancang sebagai pembelajaran berbasis praktik yang mengintegrasikan ekonomi kreatif, sustainable fashion, pemasaran digital, dan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif selama Oktober–Desember 2025 dengan tahapan perencanaan konsep usaha, penentuan segmen pasar dan harga, pengadaan serta penyortiran pakaian layak pakai, penyusunan konten pemasaran melalui media sosial, pelaksanaan penjualan, pencatatan transaksi, perhitungan laba, dan pemahaman titik impas atau Break Even Point. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu menjalankan proses usaha secara lebih mandiri, mulai dari pemilihan produk hingga pelayanan konsumen dan evaluasi hasil penjualan. Pendampingan juga meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam membedakan pendapatan, biaya operasional, laba usaha, dan kebutuhan modal kerja. Usaha yang dijalankan mampu menghasilkan laba dan melampaui titik impas, sehingga memperlihatkan peluang keberlanjutan apabila pengelolaan produk, promosi digital, dan pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara konsisten. Selain memberikan manfaat ekonomi, kegiatan ini membentuk keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, kerja sama tim, komunikasi pemasaran, kreativitas, dan tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan usaha. Hasil tersebut menegaskan pentingnya pengalaman bisnis nyata sebagai pelengkap pembelajaran konseptual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Dengan demikian, Afthertime Apparel dapat menjadi model pembelajaran kewirausahaan mahasiswa yang aplikatif, kontekstual, dan selaras dengan prinsip konsumsi fashion yang lebih berkelanjutan.
