Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM J–Shoes Treatment sebagai penyedia jasa perawatan sepatu melalui penguatan manajemen operasional dan penerapan digital marketing. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi belum tersedianya standar operasional prosedur tertulis, alur pelayanan yang belum terdokumentasi, pengelolaan waktu pengerjaan yang masih sederhana, serta pemanfaatan media sosial yang belum terencana. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, pendampingan, praktik penyusunan prosedur kerja, optimalisasi konten digital, dan evaluasi bersama mitra selama tiga bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan standar operasional prosedur membantu mitra menata tahapan penerimaan sepatu, pemeriksaan kondisi, pemilihan metode treatment, pencucian, pengeringan, pemeriksaan akhir, dan pengemasan secara lebih sistematis. Perubahan tersebut mendukung efisiensi proses, konsistensi kualitas layanan, ketepatan estimasi waktu, serta pengurangan risiko kesalahan penanganan bahan sepatu. Pada aspek pemasaran, pemanfaatan Instagram dan TikTok melalui konten before–after, video proses pengerjaan, edukasi perawatan, dan testimoni pelanggan meningkatkan visibilitas usaha serta memperluas jangkauan komunikasi dengan calon pelanggan. Pendampingan juga mendorong pemilik usaha untuk mengintegrasikan aktivitas operasional dengan komunikasi pemasaran sehingga janji layanan yang disampaikan secara digital sesuai dengan kapasitas pengerjaan. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi standardisasi proses, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, dan pemasaran digital yang konsisten dapat memperkuat profesionalisme, daya saing, dan keberlanjutan usaha jasa perawatan sepatu secara berkelanjutan.
