Peningkatan Efektifitas Mesin dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness

SFX memiliki produktivitas mesin yang seringkali terjadi kerusakan mengakibatkan proses produksi terhambat serta terganggu. Jika mesin mengalami kerusakan mendadak dikarenakan kurang terpelihara, kualitas produk, dan produktivitas makin menurun. Mengantisipasi kerusakan mesin diperlukan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas. Tujuan untuk penelitian ini mengetahui nilai OEE. Overall Equipment Effectiveness adalah metode yang menggambarkan performansi dan mengetahui keefektifan mesin. Six Big Losess dihitung untuk mengetahui OEE dari suatu peralatan agar dapat diambil langkah-langkah untuk perbaikan mesin tersebut secara efektif. Hasil perhitungan OEE tehadap produktivitas mesin di PT. SFX sebesar 0.12 (12%) dan nilai Six Big Losess diperoleh rata-rata nilai persentase masing-masing losses, yaitu Equipment Failure Loss yaitu sebesar 35.7%, Reduced Speed Loss dengan total persentase sebesar 34.7%, Set up adjustmen Loss sebesar 27.7%, Idling Minor Stoppages sebesar 1.0%, Rework Loss sebesar 0.8% dan Scrap/Yield Loss sebesar 0.1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Six Big Losess yang menyebabkan nilai OEE tidak mencapai nilai 100%, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan atau peningkatan agar dapat mencapai nilai OEE yang sempurna.
