Peran Pendidikan Techno Preneurship dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapan SDM Menghadapi Pasar Digital

Transformasi digital telah mengubah struktur pasar kerja dan meningkatkan kebutuhan terhadap sumber daya manusia yang adaptif, inovatif, serta mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menciptakan nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran pendidikan technopreneurship dalam meningkatkan kesiapan sumber daya manusia menghadapi pasar digital, terutama melalui penguatan literasi digital, keterampilan kewirausahaan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terhadap organisasi yang telah menjalankan transformasi digital. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi utama, strategi pembelajaran, serta faktor pendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan technopreneurship mampu mengintegrasikan pengetahuan teknologi dan kewirausahaan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pengembangan prototipe, validasi pasar, pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan, serta kerja sama antara perguruan tinggi dan industri. Pendekatan tersebut membantu peserta didik memahami masalah nyata, menyusun solusi digital, membangun model bisnis, dan meningkatkan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja maupun menciptakan lapangan kerja. Keberhasilan implementasinya dipengaruhi oleh kurikulum yang relevan, kompetensi dosen, ketersediaan infrastruktur, kepemimpinan transformasional, program inkubasi, serta dukungan ekosistem inovasi. Dengan demikian, pendidikan technopreneurship merupakan strategi penting untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif, mandiri, dan responsif terhadap perubahan teknologi, sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
