Analisis Kesiapan SDM terhadap Technopreneur Industri Kreatif Berbasis Digital

Transformasi digital telah menjadi katalis utama perubahan di sektor industri kreatif, sehingga kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi aspek strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan adopsi teknologi dan munculnya technopreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kesiapan digital SDM, proses transformasi digital organisasi, dan pengembangan technopreneur pada pelaku industri kreatif di Kota Medan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui survei purposive terhadap 30 responden yang aktif dalam kegiatan bisnis kreatif berbasis teknologi. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner Likert untuk mengukur empat dimensi kesiapan digital yakni kompetensi digital, sikap terhadap teknologi, dukungan organisasi, serta adaptabilitas dan motivasi technopreneurial. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan distribusi kesiapan dan kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 58% responden tergolong siap menghadapi transformasi digital, kompetensi digital dasar mencapai 70%, dukungan organisasi dinilai tinggi oleh 66% responden, dan 69% menyatakan kebutuhan pelatihan lanjutan. Selain itu, sikap positif terhadap peluang digital dan motivasi technopreneur tercatat cukup tinggi (rata-rata 72.4%), mengindikasikan potensi pengembangan wirausaha berbasis teknologi di sektor kreatif. Temuan menegaskan bahwa investasi teknologi perlu dilengkapi penguatan literasi digital, budaya organisasi yang inovatif, serta kebijakan pendukung untuk mempercepat adopsi teknologi. Rekomendasi meliputi penyusunan program pelatihan kontekstual, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, dan kebijakan insentif untuk membangun ekosistem technopreneur yang inklusif dan berdaya saing. Implementasi jangka panjang harus memprioritaskan evaluasi berkala, pembiayaan akses teknologi, dan pengukuran dampak ekonomi lokal agar intervensi lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan, serta monitoring partisipatif dari komunitas kreatif.
