Transformasi Digital Kesehatan: Manfaat Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Penyandang Disabilitas (Tinjauan Sistematis)

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan (AI) memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan Aksesibilitas dan kualitas layanan kesehatan bagi orang disabilitas, yang sering menghadapi hambatan struktural dan sosial . Penelitian ini bertujuan merenungkan manfaat penerapan AI dalam layanan kesehatan bagi orang disabilitas berdasarkan sastra ilmiah terbaru. Metode : Tinjauan sistematis ini mengikuti panduan PRISMA 2020. Pencarian sastra dilakukan pada  Mei 2025 berdasarkan data PubMed dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kata kunci " Manfaat AI dalam kesehatan untuk orang disabilitas ". Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel berbahasa Inggris , diterbitkan antara 2024–2025, dan fokus pada AI dalam layanan kesehatan untuk orang disabilitas. Seleksi dilakukan melalui doa tahap : penyaringan judul / abstrak dan Tinjauan teks lengkap , diikuti analisis deskriptif tematik. Hasil : Dari 555 artikel , lima memenuhi kriteria . Temuan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi AI, seperti sistem ICOPE, asisten virtual, AI generatif , sistem berbasis AI/ML, dan pemantauan EEG jarak jauh, meningkatkan deteksi dini , pemantauan real-time, akurasi diagnosis ( naik 35%), dan kemandirian pasien , sambil mengurangi waktu pemrosesan data hingga 40%. Namun, kekejangan literasi digital tetap menjadi hambatan utama . AI berpotensi mengubah layanan kesehatan bagi disabilitas, tetapi keberhasilannya memerlukan infrastruktur digital memadai, desain inklusif, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk adopsi yang etis dan berkelanjutan.
