Analisis Motivasi Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai (Pranata Pencarian dan Pertolongan) pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Biak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja Pranata Pencarian dan Pertolongan (SAR) pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Biak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi terhadap anggota tim SAR serta pimpinan kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, seperti rasa tanggung jawab dan kepuasan pribadi, serta motivasi ekstrinsik, seperti penghargaan dan insentif, secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja tim SAR. Faktor-faktor seperti pelatihan, dukungan manajemen, dan kondisi kerja juga turut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, dapat menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja Pranata Pencarian dan Pertolongan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah perlunya pengembangan program pelatihan berkelanjutan dan sistem penghargaan yang lebih baik untuk mendukung motivasi kerja tim SAR.
