Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di Crystal Kuta Hotel. Fenomena tingginya intensi karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan, khususnya di industri perhotelan yang memiliki ritme kerja padat dan sistem kerja shift, menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Work-life balance yang tidak seimbang serta budaya organisasi yang kurang mendukung diyakini menjadi pemicu utama meningkatnya turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap Crystal Kuta Hotel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, work-life balance dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya perusahaan dalam menciptakan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi serta membangun budaya kerja yang positif guna menekan niat karyawan untuk mengundurkan diri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi manajemen hotel dalam merumuskan kebijakan kerja yang lebih humanis dan berkelanjutan.
