Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Berdasarkan studi literatur dari jurnal bereputasi lima tahun terakhir, ditemukan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas tersebut memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan mendukung, yang berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi dan loyalitas karyawan. Kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif mendorong perasaan dihargai dan meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan terhadap organisasi. Sementara itu, work-life balance yang baik meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, mengurangi stres, dan memperkuat loyalitas serta produktivitas kerja. Kepuasan kerja muncul sebagai variabel kunci yang menjembatani ketiga faktor tersebut dengan kinerja karyawan, memperkuat pentingnya perhatian organisasi terhadap faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan dalam konteks organisasi publik maupun swasta
