Abstract

Perkembangan social commerce telah mengubah paradigma perdagangan elektronik dengan mengintegrasikan aktivitas media sosial dan transaksi digital dalam satu platform. TikTok Shop merupakan salah satu platform social commerce yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia karena mampu menggabungkan konten hiburan, interaksi sosial, dan aktivitas belanja secara simultan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan keputusan pembelian konsumen tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pertimbangan rasional, tetapi juga oleh pengalaman emosional yang diperoleh selama proses berbelanja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived value yang terdiri atas nilai hedonis dan nilai utilitarian terhadap purchase intention melalui emotional pleasure, serta menguji peran price discount sebagai variabel moderasi pada pengguna TikTok Shop. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengguna TikTok Shop di Kota Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai hedonis dan nilai utilitarian berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, emotional pleasure terbukti memediasi hubungan antara perceived value dan purchase intention. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa price discount memperkuat pengaruh emotional pleasure terhadap purchase intention. Temuan ini memperluas pengembangan teori Consumer Acceptance Technology dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif kognitif dan afektif dalam menjelaskan perilaku konsumen pada social commerce. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi bagi pelaku bisnis digital untuk mengoptimalkan strategi penciptaan nilai, pengalaman emosional konsumen, dan promosi harga guna meningkatkan minat beli pada platform social commerce.
