Asuhan Akupunktur Kasus Spondilosis Servikal di Praktik Mandiri QGM Jakarta Utara

Spondilosis servikal merupakan kondisi degeneratif pada tulang belakang bagian leher yang umumnya berkembang seiring pertambahan usia, tetapi juga dapat terjadi pada individu usia produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan asuhan akupunktur pada pasien spondilosis servikal di Praktik Mandiri QGM Jakarta Utara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui empat metode pemeriksaan tradisional Pengobatan Tiongkok, yaitu pengamatan atau inspeksi (Wang), pendengaran dan penciuman (Wen), wawancara atau anamnesis (Wen), serta perabaan atau palpasi (Qie). Partisipan adalah seorang laki-laki berusia 36 tahun yang mengalami kaku leher, kaku tulang punggung, perut terasa keras, kembung, dan gangguan tidur. Intervensi akupunktur diberikan dalam enam sesi terapi dengan pemilihan titik berdasarkan hasil diagnosis penyakit dan sindrom. Hasil pemeriksaan awal menunjukkan Sindrom Defisiensi Hati-Ginjal, Defisiensi Limpa-Ginjal Yang, serta Dahak-Lembap. Setelah enam sesi terapi, terjadi perbaikan kondisi yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya kekakuan leher dan tulang punggung, perut tidak lagi terasa keras, keluhan kembung menghilang, kualitas tidur membaik, ekspresi wajah tampak lebih segar, bau mulut berkurang, serta konsistensi feses menjadi lebih baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa asuhan akupunktur yang disusun berdasarkan identifikasi pola sindrom berpotensi membantu mengurangi keluhan spondilosis servikal dan memperbaiki kondisi penyerta. Meskipun demikian, hasil studi kasus ini bersifat terbatas sehingga diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah partisipan lebih besar dan desain yang lebih kuat untuk menilai efektivitas terapi secara lebih objektif, serta mendukung penyusunan protokol klinis akupunktur yang terstandar, aman, efektif, dan berkelanjutan.
